From Our Kitchens to Yours
The LCP Cookbook
The Multicultural Network is delighted to launch the very first LCP Cookbook — a vibrant collection of recipes from colleagues across our offices and departments, celebrating flavours and cultures from all over the world.
While the cookbook is completely free to enjoy, we warmly encourage you to donate to Action Against Hunger — a global charity dedicated to ending life-threatening hunger and malnutrition, and empowering communities build long-term sustainable solutions for a healthier future. LCP will match the donations given, to help us make an even bigger difference.
Behind the cookbook
Alongside each dish, contributors have shared their personal reflections — what each recipe means, the memories it carries, and the stories behind it.
Whether it’s a treasured family recipe passed down through generations, a dish that reminds someone of home, or a new favourite discovered on their travels, every page reflects a unique experience and cherished memory.
The idea for this cookbook was born when Frances Heath showed Avneet & Khilen her own family recipe book — a moment that sparked the inspiration to gather stories and flavours from across LCP.
We hope this cookbook inspires you to try something new, sparks conversations, and perhaps even encourages you to share your own food stories.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who shared recipes and helped bring this cookbook to life (especially Khilen Patel, James Stanley and Dorothy Mendoza!)
Bon appétit and best wishes from the LCP Multicultural Network.
