The Plan is not set up under trust law, it’s a series of individual contracts between members and Standard Life. As such, there are no Trustees. In their place, the Governance Group carries out functions very similar to those of a trustee board.
The Governance Group is advised by Chris Clough and Edward Dixon who are both Partners in the DC team.
